Jordan Chung

Mr. Chung, who is based in Austin, TX, serves as an Asset Manager at Castle Lanterra and oversees a portfolio of multifamily properties located in Texas. He is responsible for ensuring each asset’s unique business plan is executed and key initiatives are implemented, with the goal of optimizing operational performance, meeting financial objectives, and increasing asset value.

Previously, Mr. Chung served as a Portfolio Analyst at RPM Living. He supported over 150,000 multifamily units through financial reporting and analysis to guide operators’ strategic and operational decisions. Prior to that, he worked in commercial lending as a Credit Analyst and underwrote real estate-secured loans for multifamily and other CRE assets.

Mr. Chung earned his MBA from the University of Florida and holds a B.A. in International Business from Rollins College.
