Asset Manager, Northeast

Mr. Creque serves as an Asset Manager at Castle Lanterra, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily properties located in the Northeast and Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for executing each property’s business plan, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring operational and financial objectives are met. Mr. Creque collaborates closely with internal teams to identify and address issues as they arise, evaluate performance trends, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance asset value. He also supports investor reporting, capital expenditure tracking, and market analysis to inform both ongoing operations and potential acquisitions.

Previously, Mr. Creque worked as an Underwriting Analyst within Greystone’s FHA lending platform, where he underwrote more than $500 million in HUD-insured loans. In this capacity, he evaluated potential investment opportunities by analyzing historical financial performance, market dynamics, and property-level operations and trends. His responsibilities included preparing detailed financial models and investment memorandums, supporting deal approval processes through investment committees, and coordinating due diligence and closings.

Mr. Creque earned his B.S. from Pace University, achieving academic distinction of Summa cum laude.
