Transaction Manager


As Transaction Manager, Ms. Kinney is responsible for monitoring Castle Lanterra’s real estate transactions throughout the acquisition and disposition process. She is involved in coordinating all due diligence materials, communicating with the parties involved, and filing required documentation.   In addition to Ms. Kinney’s responsibilities as Transaction Manager, she is also the firm’s Office Manager and works closely with Founder and Chief Executive Officer managing his charitable activities.

Ms. Kinney has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, public and media relations, patient advocacy and legislative and public policy reform. Prior to joining Castle Lanterra, Ms. Kinney was the Office Manager at Coira Institute of Franklin Lakes, a psychiatric wellness practice, where she was charged with patient relations, billing, insurance claim coordination and verification, as well as all other aspects of front end and back-end practice management.  Previously, she has worked in the technology, realty insurance, pharmaceutical, legal, music and engineering industries.
