John L. Colardi

Interim Chief Financial Officer

As Interim Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Colardi oversees the company’s financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting, tax strategy, and capital planning. He partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational performance, and financial decision-making.

Mr. Colardi brings more than three decades of experience in real estate finance, accounting, and operations. Prior to joining Castle Lanterra, he served in Chief Financial Officer roles with several prominent real estate organizations, where he directed financial reporting, financing activities, acquisitions, development initiatives, and operational strategy across multifamily, commercial, and retail portfolios. He also served as Vice President and Controller at a publicly traded real estate investment trust and began his career with Deloitte & Touche’s Real Estate Industry Services Group.

Mr. Colardi holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
