Lynn Seiden

Controller, Corporate

As Corporate Controller for Castle Lanterra, Ms. Seiden is primarily responsible for the review and maintenance of property and partnership level financial statements. This includes monthly analysis, quarterly and annual consolidation of property financial reports, coordination of year-end audit and tax preparation, and liaising with third party tax preparers.

Previously, Ms. Seiden held senior accounting positions with Kushner Companies and Kohl Asset Management, where she was a member of their healthcare, senior independent living, and multifamily divisions. Additional career experience includes not-for-profit organizations, secondary schools, and community colleges, where she educated students in mathematics.

Ms. Seiden holds an M.A. in Mathematics Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and a B.A. in Mathematics from Boston University.
