Florencia Ruano

Head of Human Resources

As Head of Human Resources at Castle Lanterra, Ms. Ruano collaborates closely with leadership to cultivate a culture of transparency, accountability, and engagement. She ensures that HR programs and policies are aligned with the company’s strategic vision while fostering the growth and success of its employees.

As a seasoned HR leader, Ms. Ruano brings a strong track record in supporting multi-site operations and designing strategies that drive organizational goals. Before joining Castle Lanterra and transitioning into the real estate and property management sector, she built extensive expertise in the manufacturing industry, where she oversaw HR functions across multiple locations.

Ms. Ruano holds a B.A. in Political Science from Montclair State University and an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Berkeley College, giving her deep expertise in compliance, employee relations, and operational efficiency.  She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds professional HR credentials, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and industry best practices.
