Tamara Summers

Accounting Manager

As Accounting Manager, Property Management, Mrs. Summers is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the property and partnership records for Castle Lanterra’s investment properties.  Mrs. Summers also oversees the preparation of in-house managed and third-party property financials and month-end reporting, as well as transacting on multiple online banking platforms.

As a seasoned senior accountant with over two decades of experience, Mrs. Summers most recently worked as a Property Accountant for Russo Development where she was responsible for managing monthly rent projection reports, preparing financial reports for commercial and residential properties, create detailed expense spreadsheets, and track insurance and tax bills.  Prior to her time at Russo Development, she worked at The Solomon Organization as Assistant Controller where she oversaw and performed financial statement analysis, bank reconciliations and all aspects of property multifamily accounting.   Mrs. Summers also held various accounting roles at New Community Corporation and RCM Technologies, Inc.

Mrs. Summers received a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers Business School.  She is currently pursuing a M.S. in Accounting at Montclair State University.
