Shlomo Schoenfeld

Tax Manager


As Tax Manager for Castle Lanterra, Mr. Schoenfeld’s primary responsibility is to prepare financial records and manage tax reporting process for investment partnerships and corporate entities. Previously, Mr. Schoenfeld held senior accounting positions with The Contractors Office and Kohlhagen Neiman & Company. Mr. Schoenfeld has experience in accounting and financial planning including real estate, tax, insurance, budgeting, and payroll accounting. He has expertise in preparing tax filings for partnership, trust and corporate tax returns, as well as managing budgets and performing variance analysis and evaluating KPI measures.

Mr. Schoenfeld received a B.S. in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College and a M.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Silberman College of Business. Mr. Schoenfeld is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
