Ryan Russo

Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Mr. Russo leads corporate and portfolio-wide strategy to strengthen brand and digital presence, support growth and leasing efforts, and manage the department’s budget.

Mr. Russo has honed his skills within the real estate industry, accumulating over 10 years of marketing expertise across multiple sectors. Before advancing from Associate to Manager to Director at Castle Lanterra, Mr. Russo served as Marketing Coordinator at Katz & Associates, a retail-focused real estate firm, where he conducted market research and prepared collateral to support major brands in securing prime locations for expansion. Additionally, Mr. Russo worked as Marketing Technologist for RE/MAX, leading agent branding initiatives and providing training on the latest real estate marketing technologies.

Mr. Russo earned his B.S. in Media Arts and his A.S. in Graphic Design from Platt College at San Diego and is certified in Google Ads and Analytics.
