Assistant Controller

As Assistant Controller at Castle Lanterra, Ms. Fasheh’s responsibilities include direct interaction with the managed properties to review financial reporting for process and accuracy, coordinate recording of transactions and reconciliation of prepaid and accrued expenses. She is the primary recordkeeper for the partnership books with responsibilities including facilitating and tracking insurance, real estate and personal property tax payments, and bank reconciliations.

Previously, Ms. Fasheh held accounting positions at Wiss & Company, LLP, Kallman Worldwide, Inc., and Stonefield Engineering & Design.

Ms. Fasheh holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from William Paterson University and B.A. from Montclair State University.
