Javier Vergara

Director, Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Mr. Vergara is responsible for marketing and developing relationships on behalf of Castle Lanterra in Latin America.

Mr. Vergara has vast experience maintaining relationships and servicing investment accounts throughout The Americas.  Prior to joining Castle Lanterra, he served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Carmo Companies, where he planned and executed events focused on capital introduction of North and Latin American family office and institutional capital to real estate investment managers.  Mr. Vergara was also instrumental in the introductions of LPs to GPs that resulted in investments with different Private Equity Real Estate Funds and developers across the US.

Mr. Vergara earned his Civil Engineering degree from Universidad De Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia and his MBA in Business Administration from Southern University of New Hampshire.
