David Abramowitz

Controller, Property Management

As Property Management Controller, Mr. Abramowitz is responsible for managing all books and records for all assets managed by Castle Lanterra’s property management affiliate, Pontis Property Management. Mr. Abramowitz’s other key responsibilities include overseeing the monthly close process, budgeting, payroll, cash management, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Prior to joining Castle Lanterra, Mr. Abramowitz was Vice President of Property Accounting for East End Capital, a fully integrated real estate investment firm where he was in charge of all property accounting functions and related real estate activities.

Mr. Abramowitz previously worked as Accounting Manager at Golden Arc, Inc., where he was responsible for various accounting and tax-related activities of a multifamily office. Before then, Mr. Abramowitz served as the Accounting Manager at Atlas Capital Group, LLC, a full-service real estate investment company. He began his career at the public accounting firm CBIZ Marks Paneth.

Mr. Abramowitz holds a B.A. in Accounting & Information Systems from Queens College, City University of New York.
