Dan Morris
Vice President, Acquisitions & Development
As Vice President of Acquisitions & Development, Mr. Morris, who is based in Florida, is responsible for identifying and evaluating and managing portfolio investments, as well as development projects throughout the United States with a focus on commercial, mixed use/multifamily, and industrial properties. With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Morris has experience in development, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, valuation, and portfolio management.
He previously held Vice President of Development positions within private and publicly traded companies, most recently for RPT Realty (a publicly traded REIT), where he led ground-up development, repositioning, and value-add/retrofit projects for retail and mixed-use properties throughout the U.S. Before his tenure at RPT Realty, Mr. Morris was a Regional Vice President of Redevelopment and Leasing at Sears Holdings Corp. and held various executive roles in acquisitions and development with RMC Property Group, Opus South Corporation, and the Hogan Group.
Mr. Morris is a Florida State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities), and NMHC (National Multi-family Housing Council). He received his B.S. from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
